by | Dec 15, 2017

Fusemachines, a New York based company, is built upon the idea that knowledge and opportunity should be accessible to anyone who aspires to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to address real-world situations, and democratizing AI by training the workforce.  Fusemachines is looking to train talent in this highly sought after field not only in the US, but also in far-flung places such as Nepal and Dominican Republic.  The company has been able to attract highly motivated and qualified learners by offering fellowships.

The AI fellows go through Columbia’s Online MicroMasters in Artificial Intelligence, which is offered in partnership with edX.  The MicroMasters in AI gives learners a rigorous, graduate-level foundation in AI through four key courses taught by Columbia Engineering faculty: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Computer Animation.
